An in-depth course explaining the appraiser's role in the valuation process, what the intended use of an appraisal is, different types of appraisal reviews and the meaning & significance of USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Practice.)

The class also includes guidance on making adjustments, identifying misrepresentation in an appraisal with the use of case studies and how to identify a reliable appraisal.
